Currently, the third book in The FINS Trilogy - FOREVER is in editing and awaiting publication. Much happens in this book, including a bond tattoo, terrifying creatures called Genifs, a death or two, restructuring old ways, etc... I'm not revealing too much - you'll have to wait, but not for long!
As I wait for the third book to be published, I am writing FALWYN, another young adult fantasy fiction novel which I hope to release after FOREVER. It is a completely different shift in fantasy from the Trilogy, going from mermaids to fairies! This one is set in a different time and place, with fairies and part human - part fairies, war, rebellion, etc... I'm also working on another about a navy seal returning from Afghanistan with PTSD. He's attempting to go back to his old job, machining in a strange town that isn't fond of strangers. The last one I'm touching on now and then I'm going to call River Girl - a story about a young boy who lives with his alcoholic, abusive father and who regularly escapes to the river. He comes across a mute girl who begins to meet him there.
Being a writer means ideas constantly barrage your mind, so I'm sure I'll add another book to the pile by the end of the year. My books are all available on amazon, barnesandnoble, smashwords, ibooks, kindle - you name it. You can also contact me to get a signed copy.
The series of photos below tell a tale of a mermaid finding a man swimming in the open sea. Mermaids are curious creatures and, finding him fascinating, she is intrigued and studies him up close. His back and arms are covered in strange markings and she is drawn to his sweet smile. The ending is entirely up to your imagination!
